PREACHING

GOSPEL-CENTERED

We believe Scripture is the inspired, inerrant, infallible Word of God, so we hold Scripture as our final authority on all matters of life and faith. Our preaching is expository and exegetical, meaning books of the Bible are preached through and explained as we seek to better know God as He is revealed through Scripture.

MUSIC

CHRIST-EXALTING

We believe that worship is more than music, but that it is certainly part of our worship. When you come to ARCC, you will notice that we predominantly sing songs that are God-centered, rather than us-centered, because we believe Scripture ultimately points us to Christ and we want our music to do the same.

CHILDREN

DISCIPLE-MAKING

We believe that our first mission field is to our children, so we foster a culture of discipleship at ARCC in our Children's Ministry. From newborns through 5th graders, your children will be cared for and encouraged towards following Christ in discipleship by our teachers and helpers each Sunday.

SERMONS

CURRENT SERIES

The book of First Peter is a pastoral letter to a people who are clearly struggling to live for Christ inside an unaccepting culture.  Peter writes not from fear or timidity, but rather out of courage and peace and hope.  Out of the truth that God’s people are loved and chosen unconditionally, Peter is able to paint a beautiful picture of the significance and the impact of joyful obedience in following the example of Christ in the face of struggle and opposition and suffering.  This world is not our home and the more we grow up into Christ the more foreign this earth and the things of this earth become.  Peter’s aim is to help the newly budding Church, out of place, forced to the fringes, to live and love and flourish while she waits for the return of Christ.
